I completed Diploma EEE in 2005 from V.I.S.S.J Govt Polytechnic- Bhadravathi ,Karnataka, presently working in chennai petroleum corporation limited, chennai. I would like to join part time B.Tech course in Sathyabhama university but they are not giving admission with out “Transfer Certificate” at the same time in my polytechnic they were not issuing Transfer Certificate with out admission letter if things goes like this it will effect my future kindly provide me a solution for this problem

I Malathi Ganga student of Womens college of technical education of diploma from HUBLI. I am the student of 1995-96. I have passed 3 years but there are 2 subjects remaining of 2nd year and 3rd year each. Now i am married and living in Punjab. I have applied many times due to some personal reasons i could not attend the exam. Please suggest me how i can clear the 2 subjects living so far.
