12th Budget Plan – This time big allocation may be made for Health sector with an expected range above Rs.27000-40000 crores to improve and expand the primary health center network and provide free medicines in public hospitals. This budget can target an increase over current spending that adds to 1.4% of GDP.
The PMO said, “The Prime Minister has emphasized the need for increased outlay on health sector during 12th Plan so that adequate funds are made available for the sector. He has also stated that though funds for the health sector will not be a constraint, there is a need to create adequate capacity at the Centre and the states to meaningfully absorb the increased outlay.”
Hope the taxes on consumer products will not increase atleast this time. Coming to the Railway budget, I hope this time also major share may go West Bengal. The highest revenue generating stations and zones, South Central Railway – Secunderabad, Vijayawada may again be ignored as usual. Forget about the new trains allocating to these routes, not even the previous projects are properly completed in the given schedule.
Even though AP contributes almost 8% of the total MPs nation wide, it is the least ignored state in every budget as far as railways is concerned . So, lets hope for a non-bias budget 2012-13.

Respected sir,
I would like to ask you, that did u ever travelled by train in a general or sleeper class. Please try once and you will get to know , how public are adjusting themselves there. By increasing the far common people do not have any problem. When I am paying for the travel I expect that the compartment is need and secured where it is opposite currently.
