Hi friends. Here with I’m happy to inform you that I’m starting a new series “Coffee With Priya” (CWP). In this series we will get to know the famous blogging personalities and their successful stories in this blogging world. I recently started taking their interviews and will keep posting them here. I hope you will like this new series and get inspired.

My first interview with Onibalusi Bamidele, the youngest and the most successful 17 year old entrepreneur living the internet dream.

Hi Oni. Priya here. This is my first interview in CWP series.

Priya: Our readers and the entire blogging world already knew about you but still would like to hear in your words a small introduction about yourself.

Onibalusi: Thanks so much for the interview opportunity, Priya! It’s really a pleasure!

I’m Bamidele Onibalusi, a young blogger and writer, and the founder of YoungPrePro.com. I teach writers how to get traffic and make money online just by writing.

Priya: Who is your idol in your life apart from your mother? Who inspired you in this blogging world apart from your child-hood circumstances?

Onibalusi: Steve Pavlina. I came across his blog a few years ago when I was looking for ways to make money online; I had already wasted a lot of my time and resources on unprofitable ventures, but coming across his blog made an impression on me then. He wrote persuasively about the importance of giving value to your readers if you want to make money blogging, and he even gave his own examples. It was that article I read on his blog that gave me the motivation to start blogging.

Priya: Do you believe there is good future for the new freelance blog writers in this competitive blogging world? Because there are many content spinning tools and auto-blogs evolving in many a number into the internet world?

Onibalusi: Aha! Content has always been important since the beginning of marketing, and it will always be. While the medium through which we pass our content will evolve over time, I still think there is a huge market out there for freelance writers.

Priya: Which is best method to be followed for building links and getting genuine traffic? Do you believe in paid traffic which is easily available for just 5$ using social networking sites?

Onibalusi: I actually don’t believe in all those $5 paid traffic systems. Instead, I believe in writing great content, marketing your blog using tactics like guest blogging, and focusing on retaining visitors to your blog.

Priya: There are so many new tech blogs landing on the internet world every day. Do you think these new blogs can sustain the present competitive blogging world? The reason is, already so many tech blogs are crowded and new blogs are finding it difficult to get traffic as it is occupied already. What’s your take on this?

Onibalusi: As far as business opportunities exist, there will always be competition. Competition is a good thing, in my own opinion, because it helps bloggers focus on giving their best, while at the same time making it easy to help your readers. The more difficult it is to grow a blog, the more creative a blogger becomes, and the more chances of success he has.

Priya: Good that you started a site of your own. What are your future plans both with regard to your freelance career and also your website? What’s your nearest revenue target?

Onibalusi: I actually haven’t planned more for this year; I have one main aim though, and that is to grow my traffic to a significant stage this year; say over 100,000 monthly visitors. I know it will take some time to get there, but I know it is possible.

Priya: Analystcalls.in is stock-market and finance related website. What is your view on our website and our blog niche and your valuable suggestions for improving these kinds of stock-market websites?

Onibalusi: I think your blog rocks, and one major advice I’ll give is that you should focus on giving your readers more value; in form of regularly updated quality content, latest industry news, and whatever you think they will want to learn more about.

Priya: Tell us about your studies from your child-hood. What’s your favourite subject and your future plans for your higher studies? We know that you are already settled in life at a very young age but still we believe that you continue your interest towards higher studies.

Onibalusi: I’m actually enrolled in college already, and I’ll start schooling again this year. My favorite subject was physics, but I’m more fascinated with computers.

Priya: Approximately or if you have exact figure… how many articles you written till now? How many websites have taken your service?

Onibalusi: I don’t have exact figures, but I think I’ve written over 2,000 articles for my blog and others till date, and I also write a lot of articles for my clients every once in a while. I’ve also written, personally, for over 500 sites till date.

Priya: What are your views about affiliate marketing career compared to the blogging career? Both should go hand-in-hand or do you think both have unique approaches?

Onibalusi: Yeah. It will be a great idea for both to be implemented together.

Priya: Off-topic question- . Are you interested in movies? If yes, what kind of movies and what’s your five favorite movies?

Onibalusi: Aha, I love movies a lot; in fact, it is probably the only thing I love more than the Internet .

I love movies that have a lot to do with heroes; especially those in history (as evidenced by most of the movies listed below).

My top 5 movies are:

• Jumong
• Supernatural
• Smallville
• Merlin
• Hercules: The Legendary Journeys
