Nifty Options Short Strangle for January 2012

Short Nifty options 3 lots 5300 call and 3 lots 4700 put of Feb series both total 64. Target total 35+ on one pair by Jan 2012 series ending.  This short strangle strategy is only for those who are contented with less profit but safe profit. Most of my readers asking for these kind of safe strategies. So even though profit may be lesser but those who prefer safety and those who don’t have much time to monitor market tick by tick can take this strategy.

Explanation:

Loss starts only when Nifty is above 5300 or below 4700. 

Upper protection : 5364.

Lower Protection: 4636.

      Any pointers on this strategy on when sum of put and call reach greater than 64 before expiry.
