i had taken a policy of rs 2 lacs, while the time selling policy your agent comes from rajasthan, gujarat ect places and promise for better service of refund, premium’s chq collection ect, but just after getting four to five commision he stop coming for chq collection or else. is this kind of peoples become agent in LIC. Till yet we are paying premium, but how can we turst such firm now that we will get our refund after due. my policy no is 183244850. sorry to say but fact that agood company is going to be bad due to unproper staff/ agents.
yes it is because of the agents most of the times people get wrong impressions on the policy and also on the company. sometimes they even dont disclose all the facts. all they need is commission. so better you speak with the nearest branch once.
